Bought a 1997 LS 400 and the original factory toyota hood struts were blown. Installed 5/21/24, bought based on good reviews. Will update depending on how long they last. Seems to be a sturdy product so far.

So far so good. They seem sturdy, I'll give them 5 stars for now. They fit perfectly. They are easy to remove and install ( 1 Hood support - broom handle (( it's a heavy hood )), small flat blade screw driver and 2 minutes per side). They come with extra parts (ball studs) I didn't need. We'll see if they last...
