The shaft isn’t long enough for the key-head to catch the orifice tube. Even removing the remover-cylinder, the threads are too large in diameter to enter the AC line. I used an angle grinder to shave the threads off and decrease the diameter of the shaft to that of the key-head. Just took a few minutes of getting it right, and was able to remove the orifice tube- totally clogged.Though Amazon says this works for a 2000 4.7l V8 Dakota I do not recommend, unless you want to have fun fashioning your own tool. Haha.
