The best thing about these pet combs is the spring action button that pushes the fur off of the comb to the front of the tines for easy removal. But…. the tines could be much longer. They are fairly short and therefore only good for a short to short/medium hair animal. I used on my medium hair cats and it worked, but the comb itself is short in length and tine length so you have to clean the blade often. I prefer a comb that is larger so you can comb for a longer time before having to take the fur off. You get combs, so it’s a decent value. They are plastic and not high quality.

❌ Not very durable combs. In fact, one of the combs came with misaligned teeth.❌ Not the best quality or attention to detail. The self-cleaning feature isn’t perfectly aligned with the comb, but it works fine.✅ Effective detangler. The spacing of the teeth is very small.✅ Comfortable for pets. My cat purred when I used this comb on him and my dog didn’t mind it.✅ Works well with fine cat hair and thick, coarse dog hair.
