This is my first poor review of an item. When I first purchased these running boards approximately 9 months ago, I loved them. They were sturdy and they looked really nice. Now, the black coating is coming off and silver brand plate is rusting. My F150 only has a little over 9k miles, has never been off road, and the winter was mild. They quickly went from a purchase I loved to one that I now wish I didn’t make.

Rusted bad in just over two years. Just took them off.

Have had these running boards on my truck for less than 2 years and I love them except I noticed they are rusting already, I was really disappointed when I seen that, for the cost of them I assumed I was buying a better product and they would hold up better. Otherwise they are way better than what came on the truck as it had the tube style bars when I got it and the were horrible to stand on. Does anyone have any insight on a corrosion warranty as I can’t find anything about it on the sellers page or Gita motors store page or a way to reach out to them?

The running boards were an easy install and all of the parts were a perfect fit. After the install I feel like the step flexs a bit but I think that is a ford problem not this steps fault..

I will start with saying the steps are extremely sturdy. I weigh close to 300 lb and there is absolutely no sag from the step when I step up on it. They look great and it allows my children who are three and six to be able to climb into the truck on their own. The only complaint I really had was the Amazon delivery driver shove them out of her truck and bent one of them.
