Awesome product. Great picture and sound quality. Price seems to be fair for the value. Needed some help with the install and setup ( i expected that ). Once setup, its easy to use. Provides a sense of security too. Would definitely recommend

I would have given 5 stars but I was thinking this was a wireless tablet unit. Be aware that this is a closed circuit wiring and you will need to run a wire for each of the tablets you want to use.

this is the second ones the first ones one worked fine the other one the ability to just see who is at the door went out. Sent them back and received another set. now neither one of them has the ability to just see who is out side. everything else works. Well except that the un-locker will not unlock the door so we had to hook the old one up.

I brought this video intercom system for our 3-unit condo building. The product looks sleek and of good quality. The video quality is decent, but lower resolution than other doorbells. The problem came when connecting to our existing 16V electric strike for the gate. Their "customer support" consists of a non-descript email address. I sent the address an email, but got no response after 5 days. I sent it again, and this time got back a large file to download, that my phone said was potentially dangerous. The email said this was a "new tutorial" on the product, but it does not appear to be in English. Will return the product. Hopefully they will get their support in order, because the product looks promising.
