I put these on my Salsa Rangefinder MTB and they look EXCELLENT!! I didn't want a pair of obnoxious red grips, and these are a perfect solution. I am relatively new to mountain biking, and despite my insane death-grip when I'm riding, these things do not budge AT ALL. They are firmly fixed in place once you tighten down the screws.Another excellent feature is the breathability and grip of these ...grips. My hands sweat like a mother of all boys at a NAMBLA conference, and the grips breathe really nice so my hands aren't slipping and sliding. Plus, they are SUPER comfortable!Did I mention that they look awesome?! I absolutely love these things! I'd buy another pair for my Salsa Mukluk, but I'm selling it. However I will definitely recommend them to whoever buys it. My other bikes have drop bars, but I have Wolf Tooth anodized bar ends for those 😎Buy these! You'll be glad you did!

I purchased the black/blue for my MTB Specialized Levo and they feel superb. No issues with texture or getting loose. They are very durable, look amazing and I highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend the Wolf Tooth Echo handlebar grips for mountain biking. Very easy to install! The diameter of these grips are bigger/thicker than my old grips which much suitable and comfortable for my hands during long rides. The material is grippy and is great with or without wearing bike gloves. After removing my old grips, it took about 5 minutes to install these Wolf Tooth Echo grips. All you need is a torque wrench with a 3mm hex bit and a rubber mallet. Set your torque wrench for 2.5 Nm to tighten the hex bolt on grip clamps on your handlebar. After tightening the clamps, the grips hold tightly and securely to the handlebar.
