Unit is buggy, does not operate at the set times. Firmware will not update whether or not connected to the base unit. Zero technical support from manufacturer so far. Give this a miss.

Timer function won’t work through the smart life app. Have it set to water every three but it only intermittently works.There is a required software update and it won’t connect to complete the update.I’ve gone right out to it with my phone and nothing.

This water timer with brass Inlet and outlet is well-built and solid, with high-quality brass inlet and outlets that give it a durable, premium feel. The design is sturdy, and it looks like it will hold up well over time.Out of the box, I did encounter an issue where the timer didn’t run as scheduled. However, the manufacturer’s support was excellent—they quickly helped me resolve the problem with a firmware update. While the fix worked, the firmware upgrade process wasn’t as user-friendly as I had hoped. It required a bit more effort than expected, which was a slight downside.Overall, this is a great product with reliable performance once set up correctly. If the firmware update process were smoother, it would easily be a 5-star device. Still, I’d recommend it for its build quality and strong customer support.

Doesn't work properly. Only one zone works and the other stays in the on position at all times.
