I got this reel for 34 bucks on sale and it’s definitely the best sub 40 dollar reel out right now. There are better choices above that price range though.Pros: the drag sounds amazing, the reel looks great, line lay is adequate, pretty smooth for its price range, good bail activation, comfy reel knob.Cons: not the best drag system/adjustments, it’s heavy for its class, not a direct screw in handle.Conclusion: it’s not a high end reel but it’s a great budget reel that is worth buying if you want to try something other than daiwa or shimanos budget line.
