This helps so much with spiking and serving practice. Lightweight and easy to carry, it’s a great tool for young players or beginners.

Waist band is large and adjustable for smaller waists. I didn't read the description to know that the tether band was elastic but that is a super helpful feature along with it being adjustable in length. I've been practicing my underhand serve against the wall in my living room, so this keeps the ball from bouncing all over the room when I shank it. I was concerned that it might be but the part that wraps around and secures the ball isn't constrictive at all nor does it get in the way while using. Can't wait for the temps to go up so I can take it outside.
