Was a bit disappointed that the first one delivered was defective. Replacement sent immediately with no hassle. Easy install and works perfectly. Also half the price of my local RV store for identical item.

Rather than return it, I contacted Valterra for the missing set-screw to be to be sent. Says I'll get a response in 24 hours.... no response! Amazon sent a query asking how I did with the question, I replied that I have received no answer.... Amazon didn't reply either! ... guess I'll have to return it and order a new one! ....Weeks of messing around looking for some service. Forget it! Too bad 'cause product looks good!

Acheté pour remplacer une valve défectueuse sur mon VR. Cette nouvelle valve est un parfait remplacement des valves installé à l'usine. Pour l'instant elle fonctionne bien, l'avenir me dira si elle sera aussi bonne sur le long terme.

This valve is well-built and sturdy. The instructions were simple, but one could use some suggestions on how to insert the valve into place without ruining the seals. Only by trial-and-error did I learn how to do it, but it cost me a replacement set of seals. I was also surprised that the handle couldn't be removed, making installation slightly more complicated when routing the cable through the trailer's underbelly.
