I’ve been using this USB-C hub for a while now, and overall, I’m really happy with it. It feels solid and well-made, yet it’s compact enough to throw in my bag without any hassle. I love how versatile it is—I can connect multiple devices easily, which makes my setup much more convenient.At first, I ran into a small issue with power delivery, but after some troubleshooting, everything worked smoothly. Now, it’s been super reliable. If you need a portable hub that doesn’t feel flimsy, this one is definitely worth considering.

Pros:- Provides a great selection of ports for professionals on the go, including HDMI for connecting to projectors and SD card slots for reading from digital cameras and microphones.- It's also super compact, lightweight, and travel friendly. It fits easily in a laptop bag without adding much bulk. Nice aluminum build quality too.- No drivers needed on both Mac and Windows. This is a general, portable USB hub, best for things like laptops. It's a general hub because it has just the basics. 2x USB-A, USB-C PD for charging, HDMI, and some transfer card slots. Everything works fine. My main issue was having trouble getting the full PD for my laptop. Even using a 100W charger, I was only getting like 30W for my laptop. I may have to find some more chargers to try, but this was my usual devices to use, so it's a problem if I have to find others. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with the hub. Currently on sale for $35.99. It's a decent price for a USB-C hub like this. But nothing amazing.

This is my review of the "USB C Hub,Portable Travel Laptop Mini Dock with 87W PD, 4K@30Hz HDMI, 2 USB A, TF/SD for Windows, Mac, Dell, XPS, Thinkpad and More"The item is sold in a completely sealed manufacturer's box.I opened the box and removed the item from it in order to test this on my Chromebook Plus. My Chromebook Plus and my Chromebook have no USB-A ports on them (only has 2 USB-C ports) and there are times when I want to use an external keyboard or an external mouse so a USB-C hub/dock is perfect.I have many USB-C docks/hubs but what I like about this one is the price (it is listed with a retail price of $41+tax but it is on special for $17+tax which is an amazing deal). I also like that it is small and doesn't have a lot of extra ports/features that I might not need. It has the basics that I need which is an external HDMI port, two USB-A ports, a USB-C port (for charging), and a microSD/SD card reader.The USB-C mini dock works very well when I tested it with my external keyboard. external mouse, and with me using an external HDMI display. It didn't require that I plug in a USB-C power adapter to the USB-C port (but I did so anyways in order to keep my Chromebook charged).I would say that this is a fantastic deal and a great product if you just want to have the basics in your USB-C hub/dock

I am impressed with how useful this hub has been. From connecting my phone to my TV and projector, to viewing data on my SD card, this adapter has proven to be very versatile!It is easy to use and is very portable.

It's a pretty basic hub: HDMI, USB-C PD, two USB (1x 3.0, 1x 2.0) and SD card readers. I can see it being useful for devices that have only USB-C ports, as well as those who have broken USB ports (me). It's small form factor makes it suitable for tossing into your bag and forgetting about until you need it.

I'm impressed with the compact and yet versatility of this little USB hub. I have a much larger one that I use on my desk all the time to plug my laptop into, using it as a docking station to be able to use my larger external monitor, external keyboard, and all the other peripherals.But this little hug goes in my laptop bag to be used on the go to expand the capabilities of my laptop, especially for adding additional USB ports but also for connecting to larger screens or projectors.

My kids were given Dell Chromebook 3100 laptops by their schools. They wanted to be able to use a larger monitor and a mouse at home so this was a great solution.Note that on some Chromebooks (and likely other laptops), there may be multiple USB-C ports but not all of them may carry a video signal.For example: when plugged into the left-hand side USB-C port on a Chromebook 3100, the external monitor did not get a signal. After swapping it to the right-hand side, the external monitor worked without issue.

I like the multifunction aspect of this device. It expands the input for my desktop or laptop computer quite nicely. Even to the point of being able to add another monitor to my system!The only thing I’m a bit discontent with is the short cord that plugs into my USB-C port. My desktop is more vertical than horizontal, so the docking station actually “hangs” a bit when plugged in. YMMV

I want to say I was not expecting much. However, my first impression unpacking this it felt very sturdy and heavy. Very nice surprise.I've purchased many adapters, several of which I had to wiggle around to get full contact. This product fit perfectly. I tested both USB-A ports (using USB 3.0 and an older model), and both SD ports (using the same Micro SD cards and adapter). The all worked and using this and going through the USB-C post was much faster than plugging in a USB-A directly into my laptop. This was great in all my testing. (Sorry, I didn't have a monitor or HDMI to HDMI cable available, so that port wasn't tested.Overall, this is great. It did exceptional well for all my testing and so versatile, this is a must have. Since there are many adapters out there, this seemed to be able to do everything you'd want an adapter to be. Snug fit, great quality.I didn't find any negatives. If I do after using it a while or when I test the HDMI port, I will post an update.Update 1: I tested the HDMI post, and it was nice. streamed a 4K move and the pictures was excellent!
