A very versatile adapter. Works great on my MacBook Pro to connect any device. Able to transfer pictures and videos just fine.

The HDMI port was not working but the 2 USB hubs worked. I decided to keep it as I needed the USB port for my keyboard and headset (work and school necessities). Anyway, I plug my HDMI directly into the HDMI port of my laptop, so all is good. I hope they really test their products before sending them to customers.

totally does what its supposed to, except the plug has to be 'just so' for it to work. luckily there is a light that glows white when it is working so u can figure it out, although this is a bit annoying for when I'm sleeping but whatever

Tell me why Apple can have all my money but they make a joke out of me to my family. I had an old like 2017 MacBook Pro something something, idk the specs okay ? I’m just a college student. Anyways it was great had all the ports I needed. Then I upgrade to a MacBook Pro 2021 version, idk the one with the magic Touch Bar because I was drawn to the pets app thing where you can feed your pet and walk it or whatever okay , low and behold it doesn’t come with JACK. but , came with a JACK. QUITE LITERALLY. I mean has a headphone Jack, not an apple headphone whatever port that is, but you know like an aux cord jack for headphones like the OLD OLD style ones. So I can’t even use my headphones either, which I mean I still can’t this product doesn’t come with that port and I still need to find usb-c headphones but I use this daily to hook up to my projector in the evenings to watch movies and it’s been fantastic, hasn’t let me down, small, sleek, same colour grey as my lappy toppy life is good. On another note though that does remind me I need a usb-c headphone adaptor or an actual product with that port. So off to search for that now.

Firstly I like the color because it matches my laptop exactly. I was a bit skeptical of buying this device cheaper than Apple sells because of quality but so far it’s been great, it’s compact and works well

This is the second QGeeM device I have used, and will not be the last.The first was very similar, but had power pass-through as well which worked flawlessly unlike some other ones I'd had previously from other vendors, which encouraged me to buy this one. I'd happily buy more from this brand based on this current trend of flawless operation and nice looks! This one does not have power pass-through, but does have a very fast 3.0 USB and a second 2.x USB, and a high-def HDMI, as well as ports for SD cards useful for transferring data from my camera. Overall, very nicely packaged and good value unit. Works first time, every time so far (1 week in) - which is how it should be. My other unit on the other laptop has been with zero defects, zero drop-outs, for at least 4 months now. I'm hoping these last years and looking at the solid build I think they will.I'm using a Dell XPS 13 7390 - nice little powerful laptop with amazing graphics. The HDMI on this hub means my second screen is perfect at 1920x1080 (max supported by my monitor), great for gaming, and the USB 3.0 is used via another USB hub with 4 devices attached! for some of my other peripherals without any lag.I've not captured the exact speed for the card transfers, but I am happy to report this is certainly at least as fast as any other card reader I've ever used. For a big file transfer with lots of small files, the transfer was stupidly quick which you'd expect on a high-speed SD card to an SSD drive!Overall, 100% happy and no cons to report at all. If I was to look hard to find a gripe, it's the same gripe I have with all USB-C hubs, and that is that the primary connector cable is fairly short (but no shorter than comparable devices). This is the same with all USB-c hubs I've seen. I often use a USB-C to USB-C cable extender so I can hide everything under the desk, but with this QGeeM in the nice cold and solid alu body I don't feel like I need to which makes it easy to accept. This is NOT plastic, and is a solid chunk of tech which I'm happy to present on my desk top. Well done QGeeM!
