Bought this waist trainer without very high expectations but it has worked perfectly. Wore it everyday in my workouts for about a month and then I needed to size down to a Medium. Super comfortable. I am 5'4" and 160lbs for reference.

It didn’t really help with the smoothing out of things but I suppose it slightly did. Also, there are parts in the front of it that shows through any form fitting shirts or dresses that you would be wearing it for like two big lines down the front.. so maybe don’t bother, unless you’re into that sort of thing.

I ordered this product to use for post partum.... my natural waist after having baby is 47inches so that means XXXL according to the size chart.....Being a thicker mama I was hoping it was the proper choice.....The product came and yes while it fits....it fits on the last hook and is still loose...doesn’t allow me to be pulled in for the corset feel and look...it is comfortable to wear for the size it is...I am just hoping for a more sleek look and feel....I contacted seller and they are willing to help me out on the better fitting item....

Very happy with the design of the item but I ordered a size too large for me. The package came with a really nice note and contact information for if it didn't fit right. I emailed and they got back to me right away and were very helpful in helping me get the size I need. I have a very fluctuating waste line (after having a baby not too long ago) I measured at a 47" one day so I got the XXXL...when it arrived I was measuring at a 42". My goal is to get that down a bit. I was sitting on the final clasp with the XXXL, and it fit but I wanted it tighter, so I have downsized to the XL and am hoping the looser 3rd clasp with fit better.Update!! I received my XL size and it’s perfect. By far the best product for price option I have run into for a waist shaper

I am very satisfied with these shapewears as they are so comfortable, fits to the sizes specified and the quality is by far the best that I’ve tried. I've purchased 3 various shaperswears, the Waist Trainer Corset, Jacket Shirt Body Shaper with Sleeve and Jacket Shirt. Been using these products daily and have notice a change in my waistline, now I’ll need to purchase another shapewear in a smaller size. Quality product and comfortable to wear all day. I returned medium and got small, but it's still not as snug as I would like it to be. Unfortunately there were no smaller sizes. It's also getting warmer so it's hard to wear it for long but it's great for workouts, really makes you sweat!

I usually wear a size medium I am curvey 5'7" 170lbs and have a mommy tummy🤷🏽♀️ I purchased this for waist training and I could tell this is a super good quality waist trainer for the price you can't beat it buy it is way too shoes does not reach from under my braw to top of my kids like a waist trainer or corset should. Over all I thing its a good purchased if u have a super short torso but for us avarge sized woman its very unflatterimg it pushes stomach fat down into hips and makes you look like u have huge lovehandles or muffin top also created a huge back fat roll between top of trainer and under bra backing.For sizing you always want to go one size smaller with waist trainer to get best results. But with this one id get your regular size you would wear wo.ans shirts.Usual size medium Canadian/USA sizePurchased size small

The product is very comfortable for daily use. I work in a office and wear tight fitted dresses and skirts all the time. This product changed my life my body looks very attractive, in it. I am a size 6-8 so I got a M size for the product its perfect fit.Plus it also reduced my lower back pain, that I used to get a lot due to long hours. Using it daily, so will get another one.The only thing was when I first got it there was a very pointed part behind the zipper, I just cut it with a ✂️ and now all well.
