So I had my doubts when I opened the package. It literally said 8 inch case on one labor of the plastic it came in. And it looks huge when I put my 7 inch kindle infront of it.So glad I was wrong. Ok, my kindle looks small in the case, totally true, but that's it. Only "draw back." And honestly, I don't care. It's winter and I dropped my last kindle on snow salt. So having a huge case for protection is cool with me. Fyi, don't read while your outside walking. No matter how much you are into what you are reading. 🤦🏻♀️I didnt understand how the clasps worked for a universal case. Now I do. And my 7" kindle fire fits just fine. And it can stretch for an 8" tablet too.And since I use mine to read (you can make it dark mode to read, helps your eyes btw). I love the fact I can set the case down and swivel the kindle to be vertical instead of horizontal, like how I'm used to reading.

Beautiful case, very sturdy. It's a tight fit for my 8 inch kindle, but work just fine.

Nice looking but I didn't find it as sturdy as I thought it would be. One little bump and it will tip over.
