I’m pretty impressed with how solid these things are. Right out of the box, you can tell they’re built to last—full metal construction with a powder-coated finish that feels like it’ll hold up well against the elements. It’s definitely not flimsy or cheaply made, which is always a relief when you're mounting something outdoors.Now, I’ll admit, the price gave me a little pause. At around $40 for the pair, it’s not exactly a bargain-bin find. But once I got them installed and saw how securely they held the umbrella in place, I felt a lot better about the cost. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do, and they do it well.One thing I really appreciated is the size of the clamp opening. It’s generously sized, so you don’t have to worry about whether your umbrella pole is going to fit. Round, square, thick, thin—whatever you’ve got, it’s going to work just fine.

I just received these umbrella brackets yesterday. I haven’t installed them yet, but I have looked them over thoroughly and I have no complaints. What I received looks exactly as pictured and is well made, as far as I can tell anyway. They have some substantial weight to them and the metal they are made from appears sturdy and strong. They accommodate my umbrella pole no problem, I checked, and installation seems very straightforward. Bottom line? Like I said, I have no complaints.
