I got a swim shirt that matches the stripe & even though they are basically leggings they are slenderizing.

OK so I did get a stare when I wore them with a matching long sleeve shirt, but not only did they prevent sunburn, they also covered some older legs that no one (including the man who stared) would have wanted to see! I didn't do a lot of laps in the pool, but with a pair of lightweight underwear underneath, they stayed in place but were still easy to remove.

I am really really fair skinned and always manage to get sunburned whether or not I use sunblock - there's always some area I haven't covered well enough or don't reapply soon enough, or whatever. Not anymore now that I have full leg covering! These were great - fit as expected, stayed in place, did not let any sunlight through, and most importantly did not inhibit my ability to swim or play in the water or on the shore. Exactly what I was looking for.
