Fits on my Subaru Outback 2017.Needed to replace the OEM hood strut, since it was becoming weak. Only took a couple of minutes to replace both strut. The quality of this product feels like OEM.Easy to replace. Only need a small flat head driver to open up the clip in order to remove the strut from the ball joint. Installing was straight forward, just had to push it in.

Exact fit on our 2015 Subaru Outback. Easy change out…just pry the metal clasp up on each end of strut, pull the strut of the nub and then just press the new one on. Just need a small regular screwdriver.I used a wooden dowel rod to prop the hood open for this job.For less than $20 bucks our hood works as good as new! Holds the hood strong. Didn’t realize how weak the originals were until I replaced them.Highly recommend.

Our front hood lift supports had gotten weak and would not always hold the hood up. This tuff set was very reasonably priced for the set and super easy to install. Took less than 5 minutes. All I needed was a flat head screwdriver to pry on the support clip.These appear to be very well made and time will tell how they ultimately perform.
