The bag looks nice and it has a bunch of pockets and storage compartments. It is nice to be able to secure the zippers to prevent or make it harder to tamper with.That being said, I was a little dissapointed with the material quality considering the price of the bag. The zippers feel very fragile and feel like plastic. The zipper itself is of low quality, is not smooth and has a tendency to snag a lot. I can see this being a failure point of the bag after a year of use. The straps dont feel like quality either and the top handle is very flimsy.Considering the price of the bag, I expected a better build quality. It's not a bad bag and it had a good potential, but it's hard to recommend spending this much for it. In my opinion, the bag should've been sold for half the price it is now and it would've been much easier to recommend. But at this price point, there are better quality and more durable bags than this one.

The warranty registration requires information in the bag (COO Manufacture and UPC#). Very difficult to find. You have to feel with you hand inside one of the pockets...I also find that you do not have room to place locks on the zippers. What they have may be sufficient but they could have thought of doing something better.I found the bag too small and too tight. Should also have strap across the chest or the waist. I should have ordered a bigger size.

Solid and safe. Large enough to accommodate lots of stuff, great pocket distribution, easy access yet thief deterrent. Fits all specs for a great carryon piece for travel or just to use for work!

I have a smaller Travelon bag that was purchased for overseas travel but has never been the right fit for my everyday use. When my old everyday bag broke beyond repair, I ordered this backpack in hopes that it would be the same quality as the smaller bag. I was not disappointed - it is worth the higher price tag in every way. When you first remove it from the packaging, it doesn't look like it's very big, but it expands and is extremely roomy. Even when carrying a laptop, there is still plenty of room for a lunch bag, laptop accessories, wallet, keys, phone, and other daily items. The straps are nicely padded, have a lot of room for adjustment, and don't dig in at all. You can't feel the anti-theft cable that runs through them. The hardware is sturdy and the fabric is solid. I appreciate having all the anti-theft features for use when traveling or when going through areas of questionable safety. The only thing that may be an issue for some is that the canvas does not seem to have a rubber backing so it may not keep contents dry in a soaking rain for an extended time. It seems to do fine in light rain or for short duration in heavy rain, but this is probably not a good choice for outdoor backpacking or if you plan to be outdoors for an extended period of time in rainy weather.

I love this backpack. It is sturdy and well constructed. It’s everything I was looking for in a backpack. It’s just the right size for me. I like the security features and design. I have carried a smaller bag by the same company for a couple of years and it is my favorite to carry while traveling because everything is well organized and secure. I look forward to using this new backpack. I’m confident that it will make my future journeys easier. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I use this as a carry-on for flights. I love that there is a separate compartment for laptops and iPhones. I also like the anti-theft zippers and clips. Great for poolside!

Purchased for a month long trip to Spain. Best we've had yet. Felt our items - including laptop - were well protected.The security features were a definite plus. The bag is well padded, roomy, and comfortable to carry. It looks great too with a nice 'Ralph Lauren' vintage feel to it without the cost.

When I initially received the bag, one of the D-clips was broken off of the side. The company had a replacement to my door in 2 days, so bravo for the customer service. Aside from that one defect, this bag is very sturdy, zips smoothly, and is comfortable to wear. It is on the heavy side of backpacks, but that's no surprise, since there's metal mesh in the fabric, and I don't consider that a detractor anyway. There is adequate storage for traveling as well, as I can fit a portfolio, 2 computers, both my work and personal phones, a water bottle, portable charger, basic office supplies, camera, and a few other knickknacks in the bag no problem. It also fits as a carry on or personal item on most airlines, so big plus there.Pros: Sturdy, comfortable, looks great, good zippers, plenty of storage spaceCons: gets you a funny look from TSA when it goes through a baggage scannerAll in all, I highly recommend.

Terrific to use as carry on luggage since you don't have to awkwardly bump into or roll over every other passenger on your way to your seat. The bag can easily hold the necessities for a short trip or storing your sanity for multiple layovers. The material is durable and the security features helped me feel a bit more reassured of my belongings when travelling throughout Asia. The locking mechanisms took me a couple of tries to get used to, but they're not complicated. I even ended up buying another bag in grey for my father to use for his trip to the Caribbean.
