For the amount we are paying for this toy the box should come intact. I’d return it but it’s my son’s birthday and he really wanted this. He keeps the boxes which is why I’m frustrated there was no care in storing these.

This is my sons 4th Tobot and the quality of these are way better than those other transforming robots .

Good quality plastics. Much better than normal plastics transformers in australia. Bit expensive but well worth it. My son loves it.
