Does what it says. Yout Atwood water heater has a pressure blowoff valve and a high temp limiter but at some point they must not have been enough because they added these. They keep the water temp from getting too high.

The water heater went out, I found the Thermal Cutoff Kit and fixed my problem, which saved me from getting an RV repair service. easy fix took about 2 minutes.
