Didn’t want to mess with taping up rings for a secure grip and these formed grip areas are not slippery and comfortable while hanging from them. I needed them to dead hang from my pull up bar since I couldn’t reach the bar itself nor jump up to grab it. The belts that come with the rings were way too much excess material to be functional for the few inches I needed and so used 3 super duty zip ties to attach them to the bar which allows them to hang in same direction as the bar. Very happy with the rings!

Great quality, heavy handles, heavy duty straps. The rummer grips are an added bonus. And you can turn the rings for times when you don't want to use the grip!

I've only had these rings for a couple weeks, even have them setup incorrectly until I can find a better place to use them, but even with a poor setup these rings have been fantastic already. YOU determine the amount of resistance by simply stepping forward or back inch by inch. It really is that simple to begin your quest to a healthier life! I could not recommend these rings high enough.

These rings are strong and durable. I use them everyday and they perform as expected. The ring material is also very easy on the hands.

Bought these to do exercises at home that we sometimes do at the gym, such as ring rows. They are of great quality, just as good as the ones at the gym, even though the gym rings are made of wood. The straps are strong and I feel completely safe with my full weight pulling on them
