These are easy to adjust and move as needed. They could use a lock to hold the line in position when moving them.

In the questions they ask how many you would get the answer 2 . No you get one @ 14.99 that is a bit expensive for moulded plastic.I have not used yet will let you know how they work.

Probably the best quick fender clamp I have found. Easy to attach, holds very securely in any position, takes up to 3/8 fender lines, cushion to protect the rail and easy on and off the rail.

These boat fender hangers do exactly what they're supposed to do: provide an easy way to suspend and position the fenders over the side of our sailboat. They're a little pricey (but then again everything related to boating is pricey) but they are easy to use and seem to work great. We're happy with them so far.
