This review is for Symmons SLS-7000-DP4-G SCOT Metering Lavatory Faucet with 4 in. Deck Plate and Grid Drain in Chrome. I liked the quality, appearance, and function of the faucet. The faucet has one 1'2" inlet, which means if you're hooking up hot and cold (2) water supplies. You must purchase separately and install a thermostatic mixing valve (Maxline Symmons 8210CK) The Grid Strainer however was not useable as machined. the opening for the overflow was too large protruding slightly enough below the sink bottom to prevent a seal. Might work on some sinks but not on the molded-in cultured sink in this install.which also required drilling out the middle hole.

So, it didn't come with the mixing valve (the part that you hook both hot and cold to). I called symmons absolutely upset because I spent nearly $10 extra to have it expedited. The gentleman I spoke to was really sweet and said that I hadn't ordered the part and after explaining that it wasn't an option through amazon he spoke with a supervisor and the part should be here by tuesday, free of charge and they would fix their advertising on amazon. I'm still upset that I spent extra on shipping just to not be able to have it when I needed it. I take care of someone with Alz that keeps flooding her bathroom and this is how plan to remedy that. Overall it feels to be good quality and their customer service department is nice.*editAfter finally getting it hooked up it just continuously ran. Sending back. All around I would not recommend.
