Great product overall, I love it but one ball broke right off. Just fell off! I do want to purchase another as I love how it looks. Has anyone had luck with this?

This is a very sturdy and well made floor lamp, it's also very nice looking and similar floor lamp instore costs more then double. It uses G9 bulbs NOT G4 bulbs as indicated in the description. The lamp also comes with the bulbs enclosed, which is nice but the bulbs are daylight and I have replaced with soft white G9 bulbs.

This is a beautiful lamp, but the threading on one of the globes was faulty and did not twist tight. Emailed seller as they’d mentioned in their Q and A asking for a replacement. Never heard back. Amazon was amazing at quickly refunding though

Very beautiful, fashion design, quality is very good, the base is heavy to stay stable. Installation is quick, not too bright not too dark. adjustable arms you make them in different angles. It is worth for the money.

Love the light, as described, but one bulb/cover arrived broken. I guess this will be a good test of customer service! I will revise my review if the seller is able to replace the broken bulb and send another. :)If not, bit of a waste as it's not very usable as is...UPDATE: The seller sent a new cover when I reached out to them by email. So, great customer service, thumbs up!
