Great quality and fit, however, advertised and packaged as 13" long, but were truly 14.5" long. I had to cut them down to the size needed. The picture is after I cut 1" off.

It don't fit inside the base without force there fore Can't get it back out. Both are 2 3/8

These are rock solid posts. This new one fit tight in my floor base, but I keep spray silicon around for stuff like that. Easy to reconfigure boat seating on the go with a pull out post like these. Keep in mind they come back in different heights. Make sure to measure and order the right height.
