Cheap après juste quelque mois d'utilisation , le plastique des poids fende et le sables coules ses vraiment pas a conseiller a moin que vous acheter des dumbbell a chaque 6 mois!!

It's really very big but not bigger than specified in the ad.But, I have used PVC dumble before but size of this one is more than any normal PVC dumbbells.You need to put the collar nut in right direction before complaining about slipping.Very thin handle but manageable.But fir which I took the two star off because it came with rust on it even claiming to be made of good quality steel. Afterall it's new. I am quite offended that it came with rust on it. Anyway I have no plan to keep it in the showcase, so irrespective of this disappointment I have decided to keep it. But yes offcourse if you can keep a rusted pair of dumbbells Facebook market place would give you the cheapest option. So I won't say it's a value for money for me. What is more costlier is my time and I can't take the hassle of returning back and buy a new one.Well because of its large size it will train your muscles more than same weight of smaller size.

So like other reviewer have said, the weight plates are much larger than 'normal' weight plates. And...they spin around on the bar; it's difficult to keep the ends tight. But...for the price, you really can't complain.

Like you’ve seen in the reviews, yes they’re huge. Like they are wide and unseen cumbersome, however it adds a whole other workout in terms of balancing. If you were to go to the gym after training strictly with these, the 45 pounds feel sooo much lighter. The way I see it, you’re getting more than you bargained for. If you can’t tell from looking at the photos that it isn’t what you would find in a gym, then please learn how to shop for yourself. I’ve been using these weights 5 days a week for a year and not always being careful with them and they are still going strong. Don’t get me wrong, this is the base, base model of just trying to find the cheapest way to work out, they paid for themselves after 3 months (less the way memberships are now) and yes less diversity but all you need is your body weight in the first place to get fit, so. There’s my review, cheers!

For the heavy user who is more than casual, this is what you need : get the 5th pound step you need, at a great price, and get till 44 pound each. Searched elsewhere and found nothing between 30 to 45 pound, and didn't want to have 5 set at 1$ the pound... This was the one I needed! Only thing you should know is that you have to be careful that the plates doesn't roll as it would slowly unscrew, but at that price and size, you'll not find rolling bar dumbell bar to make it roll and not unscrew. Though, bars are solid, and not plastic as some are...
