This is one of the best products I have purchased in a very long time. Perfect for the wifi coverage I needed to run security camers at a house I am selling in another city. This Hotspot was so easy to set up, and ready to use out of the box... same with the Solis phone app, which took maybe 2 minutes to set up and use. I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, affordable, portable, and very reliable wifi solution.

Me recomendaron Solis Lite para un viaje que hice a diferentes paises en Europa y funciono de maravilla. Muy buen producto y con excelente cobertura. Lo probe en España, Portugal, Alemania, Paises Bajos, Francia y Reino Unido. La aplicación excelente, intuitiva y facil de utilizar. Las opciones para comprar datos, dias de cobertura, paquetes mensuales tambien es muy practica. De verdad que la experiencia muy buena. Altamente recomendable.

The network used in Malaysia was pretty bad but still usable i guess... power runs out fast but i think because i have like 5 devices tag on it...Overall, i would say, better than to get a new SIM card at every country...

Battery failed after 3 uses.Customer support asked me to try a different wall charger. Purchased 2 extra wall chargers only to prove the unit had failed. Replacement consisted of me paying to ship the unit to the USA but they would not ship the replacement to Canada. Had to ship to a US address and drive 4 hours 1 way to get the replacement.When we did get to use the unit it worked well just be prepared to spend more money if you need it replaced under warranty.

I have a Glocalme U3 and was satisfied in using that product until the company raised their GB fees through the roof. By that, I mean, they upped the prices around FOUR TIMES what they had been. I called to speak to them about it and they were not even apologetic, let alone giving a reasonable explanation for the price change. So I went on the search for a product/company that would work for my needs and found this Solis Lite. Their GB prices are very good and for me, purchasing a package that never expires is what I was looking for. The little "orange puck" that you receive is easy to see, that's for sure! The set up required downloading their app and then setting up the Solis Lite online through the app. I did have a bit of trouble with the set up, but the live chat CSR fixed the issue for me and the rest of the setup went smoothly. I will say that I did try calling them first and both times after being connected, I was hung up on. The live chat worked fine so I'm okay with that. Now, once I had the little orange puck activated through their website, I purchased a package and was awarded points for the next time I purchase a package. The mobile wifi worked GREAT with this Solis Lite and I'm happy - no more outrageous prices as with the other company and I have my wifi for emergencies, such as when there is a power outage. I have power stations so I can keep my laptop and cellphone charged up during a power outage and with this Solis Lite, I can still get online as well. Very pleased and happy to have my little orange puck!
