Surprised by how padded the back of the bag is for the backpack part. One of the latches on the shoulder strap was a little bent but doesn't affect the use. Shipped quickly.

perfect diapers bag for parents, lot of space for two kids and i can put my wallet, keys, iphone and my stuff in the front pocket. Great! would recommend it!
