Use these for ice moulds for our dog as he likes bone-like things to chew and also loves ice. This satisfies both cravings. Have it in a chest freezer so it's REALLY cold. No issues with the mould getting hard. Have to have it on a flat surface as it is very flexible and would spill otherwise.

Makes decent ice sticks, but it's impossible to pour water and pick it up to put in the freezer. Without a flat surface, forget about it, you're going to get water all over the place. Besides, you would have to place it in the freezer first, then pour water into it if you want ice cubes. Otherwise, it's pretty much useless.

Pro: it freezes ice sticksCon: it is flimsy. I have silicone ice cube trays with lids that I love. They are sturdy. Not this one. You need flat freezer space, then fill while IN the freezer as they flop all over! Also not very deep like the others I looked at! Melt in no time...
