Durable Steel Construction
Manufactured from heavy duty 1/8" steel sheet and 2" x 0.120" steel tubing for strength and durability.
These Hooke Road Off-Road Rocker Guards are completed in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured wrinkle black powder coating for aggressive good looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.
Drilling is Needed for Installation
These Hooke Road Off-Road Rocker Guards are simple and straight forward to install, but will require some drilling into the body panels for proper installation.
Installation Difficulty:Level 2/Intermediate Installation Time:about 1 hour by 2 men

The fitment was perfect. However it's a Jeep you can count on none of the body bolts coming out easy. Hope you have tools.

It really beefed up the look of this old Jeep and should provide some added protection. Also got the front and rear fender flares to complete the package. 4/5 stars only because I don’t know how they will wear over time.

These are great and sturdy nice made, but they are not made for fenders. The front part of the armor does not meet the front fender. It’s modified it leaves a big gap which looks terrible. Also why is there more step area at front of door than behind door opening where it is needed.

Fit, Form and Function are all good.Instructions say to loosen the back 2 frame/body bolts and jack up the body. If you are able to pull it off that way, then great! I had to remove all 3 frame/body bolts, then jack up the body in order to slide the step in. The hardware contained in the kit did not match the hardware in the instructions. It came with rivnuts and M10 panhead machine screws. Throw out the rivnuts and get some M10 nylock nuts instead and use the washers that came with.Bottom line, the wife is happy she can get in a little easier with the step!

Quality of the actually sliders themselves is good! But both sides didnt fit tight at the back. The hardware is useless I had 3 fall out on a 10 min drive....

Excellent product. Looks great and now my wife can get in. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the passengers side is bent out at the rear. Not fitting snug against the body. Would've straightened it if I noticed before I put it on. May have happened in shipping. It's installed with a zone 4.25 lift

They look great, wish they had come with airplane nuts. Came with metal inserts that I chose to use as nuts. Plan to replace with air plain nuts. Take special care drilling holes. Move wires under door jam first and be very careful not to drill into Saftey belt retraction box. FYI I painted the bolt heads black, you may want to order black paint touch up paint if you want to do the same.

This product is simply the best looks and functionality the installation was pretty easy going one thing the packaging box could be alittle heavier this would protect merchandise alittle better
