Bout this water heater was professionally installed. Staller said it work for about five minutes and caught fire. Amazon said they will refund my money with pictures and approval. Sent those today. When the heater arrived it had a burnt smell and already had water in it. The wires were color coated but didn’t match the manual. The installer said none of the safety features kicked on to shut it down when it caught fire. This could’ve been really bad had he not been so vigilant. Probably could sue for damages but we’ll see if the money is returned. It could be someone else bought it and messed it up. Installer also stated it wouldn’t light every time the water was turned on.
