Brand new, right out of the box. Plug it in, flip the switch and there is only a hum.Doesn't work AT ALL.This is probably my sixth RV sewage macerator pump. They are all Chinese, virtually identical, and they are all complete junk. It is baffling that there are so many versions of the same exact pump that are completely useless and a waste of money.

En premier l’année dernière j’ai acheté une semblable ma8s qu8 coûtait deux fois le pris en pensant que j’achetais une meilleur qualité un ans plu tard elle a brisé alors j’ai acheté celui la car le prix est bonne elle a l’ère bonne . WoW je la reçois et je la me5s au travail toute suite elle fonctionne super bien le poids et la grosseur de l’article est parfaites. Et en 0lus je peux voir qu’est qui sort alors si quelqu’un a acheté de quoi dans la toilette e5 brisé la pompe je va8s savoir quel client qui la fait . Alors le prix est bon et la qualité est très bonnes et moins gros que l’autre qui m’a couté le double . Je loue une roulotte s7r le bord de l’eau alors je m’en sert à tout les jours .

Works as advertised, like adding a garbage disposal to your entire RV waste disposal system. Compact, could use its own case but fits easily in my drain disposal access area. Just the ticket for draining at home if you have a garden hose sized sewer access.

Only used it once, but it worked flawlessly to empty rv tanks to sewer outlet 25 get away. Do not connect directly to rv but rather user a 3 for section of flexible 3 inch sewer hose and a clear adapter at the rv, I suggest 45 degrees, so the unit said on the ground, and follow the instructions included.

I only used it once, it drained about 50 gallons of black waste and 40 gallons of gray in about 10 minutes. I re-purposed an old 3/4" garden hose by cutting both end fittings off (to make sure I never use it for potable water again).I like that I don't have to replace the old 4" corrugated drain hose every 3 years since they get brittle and crack and of course, I find the cracks when using the old hose and that's just disgusting.Plus, the garden hose is longer than the corrugated one drain hose, and stores in a smaller place, even including the pump.

This does exactly what you want it to do. A great idea when you are living in your trailer and need to empty out. It keeps things clean, quick and easy. Definitely, a must have if you use the black water holding tank in your RV.

This device is easy to use and appears to be durable. It works very quickly but you have to keep watch so it doesn’t overheat. Works best if it doesn’t have to process a lot of toilet paper.

Quality seems very good on this unit ! Pumped my RV tanks out through 100 feet of 5/8” hose and into my septic tank access hole at my house. Saved moving the RV 20+miles to a public dumping station! 👍👍

Thus js a good unit superior to the Flo jet costing $200 more. My sewer connection is 69 ft away from rv 3 ft uphill. I Drain my 33 Gallon black water in less than 5 minutes. Then 2 more full tanks to flush. Then repeat the grey water tank. I do this every 5-7 days as required. Rest the unit while filling tank to flush. Never stops due to overheating. I use 110 power conversion to 12 volt 15 amp with 0 loss of power. I would buy another should I need one. Biggest major complaint is the huge price reduction over what l paid 1 month ago how does this happen. Great product tainted by pricing. I still would recommend this unit it deserves 5 stars seller 3 stars.

A life saver when you need it. 15 minute operational time is a bit of a nuisance if your using this as intended. Breaks up debris to the degree promised. Doesn't appear to get hot quickly but Doesn't have any cooling measures either. I'd guesstimate you can get 20-25 minutes of operation with cold water and a cold environment before needing to give it a break. I got 3-4 flushes using the recommended operation time and built in flush attachment in a little over an hour. Would recommend to anyone needing a cheap reliable maserator pump. Runs on 12V which is a plus I think.

I wish I bought one of these years ago. The price was very reasonable for this macerater and it works better than I hope for. I ran a 5/8” garden hose into my toilet past the trap and it was a simple way to clean out my grey and black tanks at home. Being able to flush the tanks at home when winterizing is now problem free.
