For what i need them for they are fine. There is no difference between Hi and Low beam though.

Both bulbs light up, having said that were very dim and useless. These were supposed to be 12 volt, and I was using it for my tractor, I attached them directly to a fully charged battery to eliminate any other factors and both performed abysmally.
