I've been a ballroom dancer for many years now. I normally buy my shoes from specialty shops and they are pricey, but hold up well for every day use. But sometimes I go out dancing at venues with questionable floors, so I like to have less expensive shoes to take with me to use so if they get ruined or the suede soles get too wet, I've not destroyed an expensive pair of shoes.These are perfect for that use. They look very nice and I love the bling. The quality isn't good enough to wear for a competition, but for going out to a random bar hosting a dance event, they are just what I want.I find that they feel more secure wrapped around my ankle than wrapped around the bottom, but that's a personal choice and they will work great for either style. They have the buckle hooks that make them easier to put on and take off once you set the strap length, which is my preferred closure for dance shoes.

Soles were very thin and they were very slippery. Shoe is also very narrow

The shoes are lovely. Based on the measurements I took as recommended, I ordered a smaller size than usual. They fit perfectly.

Omgoodness the sparkles on these ! They're so beautiful & fun ! These are very thin & flexible , definitely for dancing not for walking . Smooth sole for smooth spinning . They seem to run a bit narrow , but otherwise true to size .
