I'm a weirdo who is building her own boat. This product is essentially a lazy-susan for your boat seat. It goes between the post (or bench) and the actual seat to let you spin around 360 degrees, perfect for a fishing perch or helm chair where you want to turn around and face your guests while at anchor. While it is plastic, it has the sturdy feel of a milk create and the spinning mechanism is smooth. It comes with pre-drilled holes that match those on my Vevor boat seats, so I'm guessing the measurement is somewhat standard. It's a decent price to pay for such an upgrade.

This is tougher, thicker made than I expected, with a simply no frills design that should last awhile. It will bolt right to my pedestal providing the ability to swivel. I took it apart to look at the design and if you do that make sure the parts are well seated together, otherwise they will come apart when you turn. The clip that holds the parts together has a lock, but since it doesn't come with any instructions, you wouldn't know about it unless you need it or find it by inspection. Overall, I'm satisfied and look forward to installation and use. (pictures in advertisement are accurate so no additional were provided)

This is a well-made product and would probably work just as it is intended. However, I measured wrong and this did not fit the seat I had actually ordered it for. So I will now have to buy a different seat to fit this, but this was my fault and not the product itself.It did swivel and turn very fluidly so I would imagine it would work very well on the correct seat. I will have to update this when I get a new seat for it.
