Your cart is empty.Use the Pure Garden 20 lb half round umbrella base to secure your half patio umbrella firmly in place on your balcony, patio or deck. The ornate pattern is the perfect complement to any outdoor setting. Upright tube has two plastic inserts to hold a range of pole sizes. The smaller insert holds an umbrella poleup to 1.75" in diameter. Larger insert holds umbrella poleup to 2.0" in diameter. A securing screw holds the umbrella in place.

Had held up okay, but I have to wedge a piece of cardboard or something small in order for the pole to stay in its place and not move. I’ve tried to adjust several times and to no avail…..

We bought this to use with the half umbrella we bought for our condo balcony. I like that it’s half the size so it doesn’t take up more room on the balcony floor.

Was searching for an umbrella stand but hate how much room it takes. Love the half moon shape so you can butt it up against furniture or somewhere against a wall when not in use. Stands up well in wind, however, not sure in high winds how it would do. Holds my umbrella well and very sturdy.

It works well enough with shims. No matter how much I tighten it, with the umbrella in place, it leans forward from the post, a significant amount. I can see the movement between the post and the base.

I selected this half round base to use with a 9 ft half patio umbrella (same brand). It might be half round in design, but it is fully functional and GREAT for my umbrella. This is the first half-umbrella set up that I ever tried, so I selected this half base - I think it is awesome! The horizontal part of the base has a pretty design, and the vertical tube section, that holds the pole upright, actually screws into the base (not using a nut and bolt). My umbrella has a 1.5 in diameter pole, which is a nice fit and is secured with a tightening knob (screw). The base will easily work placed closer to the exterior wall, but in my case, I had an light fixture in the way of my umbrella. I own a full size base that I could make work, but this is definitely the best choice. Perfect for the half umbrella!
