This product is awful. I just installed it 6 months after receiving it so can't return it. Water floods out of the vent which is at the top when it's installed on the toilet. Most of the photos on Amazon show the valve upside down - the water inlet has to at the bottom. Do not buy this particular product .

Produit neuf, arrivé super rapidement mais les deux premiers filets en plastique de l'entree d'eau se sont mangé. J'ai dû couper à l'exacto les premiers filets et raccourcir l'assise de la valve pour compenser le manque de filets disponible.J'ai finalement réussi a connecter la hose d'entrée d'eau et sceller avec du silicone , j'ai attendu 24h de séchage . Malheur !!!! La valve a coulé par le dessus dès la première utilisation. Après des heures de débrouillardise à s'organiser avec pas grand chose, le produit est défectueux en deux points. La valve est encore dans la roulotte au camping, sur la toilette qui est monté dans le plancher et je suis plus sur place donc j'ai pas le morceau en main pour un retour ou remboursement. J'espère que les vendeurs vont me contacter avant que j'en achète une autre dans un détaillants car c'est la seule façon que la valve neuve, défectueuse, va sortir de la toilette. Je ne vais pas démonter ma toilette une seconde fois pour ne pas avoir de morceau prêt à installer, on se comprend ?!?! C'est probablement très rare comme problème mais personnellement, je ne recommande à personne.Photos à l'appuie mais elle ne sont pas acceptées par l'application.

Fast efficient delivery service from Amazon. Installed in minutes however the product leaked around the valve mechanism and had to be returned. Due to travel timelines an OEM Thetford brand had to be purchased at a dealer for a much higher price but at least it didn't leak.
