Great light when is new !!! Bright lighting but the think is after used the wire is so thin the corrosion is attack the wires ans destroyed the shield and dommage, even if you put gel anti corrosionDo something about it

I got a defective unit, and I have a tough time returning with Intelcom partner. They keep not showing up, just cancelling and asking to reschedule (as it was my fault). Today, they just called from the street (during my working hours), asking me to meet them at their van. I received the replacement, but the partner is not picking up the defective one. I don't accept being double-charged. HELP!

I had these lights for a year and a half before they stopped working. It says they have a 5 year warranty, but I submitted a claim months ago, with follow-ups, and haven't received a reply. Phillips has always been a great company, but these are not made by Phillips. They are made by Lumileds, a company which seems to have been bankrupt, then recently purchased by new investors and does not seem to be honouring warranty claims for Phillips.

I was a little hesitant when I first chose this headlight especially when there are numerous units on Amazon at half the price (for 2) but I trust the Philips brand and it had good reviews. I have installed it on my vintage motorcycle and it works really well for me. I just watched a video on You tube where they actually test the beam pattern at both low and high beam and for reflector style LED headlights these actually have a really good pattern and were one of the top choices. Actual testing, not just regurgitation of sales literature.Edit:So after glowing about this headlight and giving it 5 stars I have to regretfully admit that I had to send it back. I was super hopeful that I had found a great replacement for my bike project but after only about maybe 13 or so uses the light just stopped working. Nothing. Totally dead. Maybe I got a lemon, who knows.

It is a great headlight, to be sure. However, the ad isn't overly clear as to how many headlights you are buying. It is ONLY 1 HEADLIGHT! So, be aware of this. It really is quite a bright light that illuminates the road at a significant distance. It looks kind of cool too because there is a black bar running through the middle of the headlight giving it a unique look, but they are quite expensive. Definitely an "extra" indulgence for your vehicle or rebuild.
