These are brighter then what my original OEM bulbs were. So definitely better on the road at night. Let's see how long they will last.

Philips has the BEST light bulbs in the business. Sure you can try another brand, but why should you? I've replaced several other bulbs on my vehicle from the past. I am replacing the reverse "white" light on the rear of my Nissan vehicle. Also when you change your bulbs, do it in pairs - so as to not just replace the one that is out. Soon enough the other will go too and the brightness level will be the same across both of them. Remember to change these in pairs if you are ale to do.
