We have a 2020 Kia Forte and the console is a tight squeeze, when the seat goes in. We just adopted a chihuahua mix who is 11 pounds. The pet seat fits in the car and she fits in the seat. She likes it and falls asleep while we drive. Make sure you measure well before ordering.

It works great for our small dog (mini schnauzer). I will definitely keep using it.The only problem is the no slip bottom ruined my center console by leaving little dots (any suggestions on how to clean this, nothing has worked so far). Put a towel underneath it before riding with it for a long period of time.
