This is an attractive, metal peace sign. You peel the paper off the back to reveal the adhesive. I can’t say yet how well it sticks over the long-term.It is made in China and there is a QR code on the package insert. It takes you to a website written in Chinese, which appears to list a wide variety of products, so I assume that it represents an importer.
