It arrived clearly used. There is small scratches all over the screen and a few finger prints. Within 2 minutes of being on YouTube kids it exited the app and kept kicking my daughter out whenever she was trying to get back into it so I had to restart the whole tablet before it would fully load again.

ES MAGNIFICA, la compre para mi nieto de 3 años y obviamente la maneja mejor que yo que tengo 73 , pero me encanta jugar con el, es facil y simple, tiene muchisimos juegos y posibilidades didacticas, en fin que es una maravilla, su tamaño grande la hace mas atractiva tambien para ver videos de YOUTUBE. I bought one of these for my toddler grandkids to be able to use simple apps for drawing and the like. No non-educational games, streaming, or other distractions, but just an electronic coloring book sort of thing, that can grow with them for awhile.It's perfect for that purpose. It's not lightning fast for more grown-up tasks, but that's not what I had in mind. The speed and power is good for its intended purpose.Stupidly, after getting this all set up for the kids (still too young to use it), I had a senior moment and forgot the PIN, and even more stupidly, had not stored it anywhere. So, I needed to reset the tablet and start over. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to restore this thing to factory state. I'm a retired IT guy, so not unaware of how to do this, but I could not find any way to do it.I contacted the company in China, not expecting to get any response or help, but they were actually very responsive. They tried their best to find a way to reset the thing, but it just wouldn't work. But what they did do was send me a brand new tablet under warranty. This, despite the fact that it's my own dumb fault for not making note of the PIN. They took responsibility for the fact that the device won't reset.So, great response from Paintanry, and a good product for its purpose.

Bought this to get the little ones acclimated with technology. It's a rugged yet affordable tablet that can handle a few drops without breaking or breaking the bank.Uses Android - be sure to check for security/software updates when you first set it up.Pros: Screen is good, battery life is good, comes loaded with kid friendly apps to keep them busy. Easy to setup and use. Durability is good so far. 64GB of space so you can download more apps.Cons: Only comes in Green or Pink. I wish they made more colors.

Purchased this kid’s tablet because was the only one to arrive next day to my address. Is was gift for my little girl. she like it very much.Tablet itself is pretty good for the money. Not as good as an Ipad but for what it costs is perfect. Fast enough for kids games and lerning apps.Is a regular android tablet for kids, well protected so no case needed.And looks cool too
