This Otlonpe Handheld Misting Fan is portable, rechargeable, and comes with 4-Speeds to choose from. Also includes a 35ml Water bottle to fill the water misting tank. The fan folds to 120 degrees for easy stand-alone function. A small mister fan on side to keep you extra cool on those hot, sunny days.Only reason for 4-star rating is because the fan is very loud when operating and gets louder on highest speed (4). There is a digital read-out light function on front of device. A great feature that displays battery % remaining and fan speed. Fan comes with a rechargeable battery, USB-C charging cable, that easily connects to a USB-A adapter plug (not included). Fan is very powerful and works great for a lightweight, compact fan to carry in your purse, gym bag, or duffle bag.I use this fan on lowest setting due to efficient air flow. I like to fold the fan in half to stand on its own, I turn it to lowest speed (1), then apply my make-up to help foundation and lash glue set faster. The fan can stand-alone and does not tip over when operating. It is easy to use, and hold if you need a blast of cold air when outside. I like to turn on the mister for a refreshing blast of mystic oasis. Mister works great, and you can anchor fan to provided lanyard cord, to wear around your neck while outdoors. I used it recently at an outdoor event and happily remained cool in 90 degree weather.Overall, I am happy with this mighty, little fan. It helps keep me cool and my make-up dry. I highly recommend it.

This is my second misting fan in this style. This particular fan has a couple of advantages over the other one in my collection. First, the way it folds makes it easy to use as a tabletop fan. Secondly, the cooling effect is more powerful because the fan is more powerful. You might be surprised by just how much of a cooling effect this creates from such a small, handheld package. You can really feel the difference.However, that power comes at the expense of noise. Even at the lowest setting it’s not exactly quiet and by the highest setting it’s quite noisy. If you aren’t concerned about that, no problem.Couple of other quirks - the buttons to turn on the fan and the mist (two separate buttons) seem to be positioned just right that I keep accidentally triggering them. Also, when I first opened it and turned it on, everything worked well but on the next push of the mist button there was no mist. This was eventually solved by simply giving the unit a firm little shake. So maybe there was air in the feed tube that needed dislodging? Hopefully not a sign of a bigger issue. If that’s what happens, I’ll update this review.
