The customer experience was great! The running boards were delivered earlier than originally promised. Upon delivery a mounting bracket was bent. Two hours after contacting ONINE regarding the issue, they responded with a FedEx tracking # and we received a replacement part a couple of days later.

I just put these on my truck this morning. They seem decently built. The hardware seems good. The directions are God Awful. There was one section completely missing. If you’re a little mechanically inclined you can do it but it made me scratch my head.
