This is a very nice looking lamp that will work best in a boho style room. I originally wanted it to go in our living room, but it just didn’t look right with the other decor. But it does look nice in our bedroom, which has a more boho style. Something to consider before you purchase. It was very easy to assemble and it feels very sturdy. The base is heavy to keep it in place. One thing I would suggest is using soft lighting lightbulbs. I initially tried to use daylight light bulbs, but they were too harsh for this lamp. It is not bright enough to light an entire room, but it does provide a nice reading light or a soft mood lighting for the room.

This is a cute lamp, but it had an incorrect piece attached that made it impossible to put together. Instead of tube c, it had two tube b’s in a row that could not be screwed together. Because the wiring was already threaded throw all the pieces, I can’t replace the incorrect piece. I’m sad because I really love the look of the lamp.

This lamp is a stunner in person. Especially the gold base, which gives elegant modern. The woven shade isn't typically my style -- it's very boho or vintage beach style -- but I don't hate it and have made it work in my space. The real seller to me here is the solid and heavy base. It's definitely high quality and won't wobble or tip over. Assembly was fast and simple -- the pole just screws into the base. It comes with a foot switch for easy on/off, but I added a smart bulb so I can control it remotely. Overall, this is a great value. I've seen flimsier lamps go for a lot more. You could easily customize the shade if you ever want a different vibe, but as-is it’s a standout piece. Love it.

The boho style scalloped shade on this is so cozy and inviting! The way a little bit of light peeks out from the sides is very pretty. I love that it could match almost any color scheme!This is likely just a fluke on the one I happened to receive, but the threaded pipe in the middle section (where you should just be able to twist it together) was put in crooked, so we couldn't twist it down until we pulled that part out (with a wrench and lots of muscle) and straightened it. After that, though, it went together as intended and looks fantastic!I appreciate that the arch isn't so big that it weighs it down and makes it unstable--I think anyone else with crazy cats would agree!

I love this lamp! Puts out a soft glow, and assembles quickly. The base plate is really heavy (like30lbs) so it stays in place really well.I like the gold and really lit up my living room with an incandescent bulb. It's sturdy too after you assemble the shaft. Thick threads connect the pieces together, and they are super solid when completely screwed in. My only gripe is that the straw lampshade is really thick. No light is able to shine through it. I quickly fixed that with a different lampshade.It is a perfect size for behind my Dad's chair and fit in perfectly with our other furniture. All in all, I really like it.
