There's no reality that you can use this thing to do Nordic curls. When used under a standard American door, which is 1 3/8" thick, there is only 5" of strap on the other side of the door, making it impossible to get your heels under the little bar. The construction of this thing is junk. The stopper that goes under the door appears to be PVC wrapped in foam rubber, which by the way makes it nearly impossible to get the door open because the stopper catches on the carpet. The bar is just a simple steel tube with the some more foam rubber wrapped around it. This thing is junk and scam. DO NOT BUY THIS.
