Didn't seem very effective in deterring flying insects but did seem to work at close range. Then, 2 of the 4 failed & returned pack for refund. For some reason, the fans worked at different speeds even before they failed.

Saw this at a patio restaurant and then decided to buy some for our house. FANTASTIC. it. WORKS! kept flies/bees/mosquitos away better than anything else we have ever tried.

Ordered the package of 2 fans. One fan did not spin as fast as the other, there is no speed switch. Disappointed that they did not match. Works okay.

Only works with batteries. Can't eliminate batteries and plug in. Must have both to work with USB.

The fan will work on batteries and USB only while plugged in.It does not store power from USB source .It has to be connected to USB power or have batteries installed.
