So this is my first time ever trying a waist trainer and honestly I didnt know what to expect but this one is sooo good!!! It was super easy to put on, and the wrap style makes it way more adjustable than I thought. I’m plus size and have a longer torso so I was worried it wouldnt cover everything but it totally does. It snatches the waist without feeling like I can’t breathe lol. I wore it while working out and also under a dress and both times it stayed in place, no rolling or slipping. it really gave me a nice shape and some back support too which I wasn’t even thinking about??Overall I’m super happy with it!! if you’ve never tried a waist trainer before like me, this is a great first one to try.

I gave this to my daughter after she had her baby to help her get back in shape, she loves the fact that it was a wrap around and not just like back brace. The velcro helps hold it in place for a snug fit. She liked it so much she bought her sister one as well.

Even though this says for women. I use it for myself. I put this on to workout in our workout room. My girlfriend gets a kick out of seeing me in this. The plan is to help shift my stomach fat elsewhere so I can start getting a 6 pack. It fits really snug. Its made from good quality material. I dont have issues with the waist trainer rolling. The simple instructions was easy to follow. This waist trainer is great.
