These worked fine for a few hundred miles before they started squealing during any braking. Upon initial install, I did not apply brake pad grease since it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it was needed. Once they started squealing, I pulled 'em out, applied brake grease to the mating surfaces and friction points and put them back on. This worked for another few hundred miles but then the squealing was back. So, I took them back out again, greased them liberally and that worked for a little over a thousand miles before the squealing came back. I'm done with these and shelling out for OEM. I never had a problem with the original pads.

I love the price and the stopping power on my 2018 Honda Gold Wing Tour, but at low speeds I have noticed the tend to squel when stopping. I found out if I use both the rear brake peddle and front handle break ,they make less noise but if I only use the front brake like in traffic then the make crazy noise. I may try to buy some antisquel and put it on the backside of these pads as many people on forums say that is a way to quiet them down.

It took me exactly 5 minutes each side to put these new pads on. Caliber bolt is 14mm. Don't bother trying to push the piston back in using the old pads. Just take old pads out and push the piston in with your fingers. They go very easily. I am ordering 3 more sets of these right now. Just so I have them. I got 16,500 miles on the originals. Might have gotten another 1000 miles but I why chance it.

I read the reviews, so I decided to give these pads a shoot. Very easy to install and I don't feel any difference between them and the OEM's. For the price it was a great deal. Even if they don't last as long, I can replace them three times for what I would for one set of OEM.
