I like the setup. I used it to jack up some girders under a two story house

Shipped in a good stout box but the pump had leaked most of the oil and soaked the box. Probably weakened the box enough that the pump had busted through in several places. The box was wrapped in plastic and taped 100%, probably to leak proof the package. These pumps are always a mess so I wouldn't necessarily hold any of this against it. I cleaned up the pump and thoroughly dried it off. Let it sit and it began dripping oil. The oil was leaking from where the reservoir tube connects to the pump head, under the large nut. It was leaking enough that the pump wasn't going to keep its oil for any length of time. There were some extra O-rings and a backup ring included but nothing to fit the large tube. Maybe it could be disassembled and repaired if I could find the correct seal and there weren't any defects in the larger metal components, but should I have to repair a new pump just to use it? No, it's being returned.Update: Seller immediately contacted me offering various fixes but nothing that would correct the large leak. They promptly offered a replacement pump. These are not the quality of Enerpac pumps, but they are not $700 either. If you get a bad pump looks like the seller will do all they can to make it right.
